Thieve is a SaaS startup building tools and curating products and content for dropshippers. Launched in 2015 as an agency side project that grew almost entirely organically to over 500k registered users, millions of visitors and sustainable, growing subscription revenue. Also experimented with influencer storefront platforming with a sub brand - Front.

Led a platform-wide information architecture overhaul across rewards and travel, consolidating multiple entry points into a unified browsing model. Focused on simplifying discovery, redemption, and cross-surface navigation.

Bilt IA Redesign

Built Bilt’s travel booking experience from scratch, spanning trips, flights, and hotels. Introduced trip-based planning and integrated redemption directly into search and booking flows.
